Ogni due mesi la rivista Love Nails "propone" un tema per le nail art: chi vuole può crearne una (seguendo il tema,ovviamente) e spedirla alla redazione che ne sceglierà alcune per farle apparire sul numero successivo della rivista. Questa volta il tema erano I Sogni.

Ho deciso subito che avrei voluto cimentarmi nella realizzazione di una Nail Art!

Ho trovato,però, il tema abbastanza difficile poiché mi immagino i sogni come qualcosa di etereo,liscio e soffice,con un buon odore di fresco e di fiori e con tanta luce. E' abbastanza difficile rappresentare tutto ciò quindi mi sono "allontanata" un pò. Ed eccolo lì,che penzolava sopra la mia testa poggiata sul cuscino...

Every two months the magazine Love Nails "suggests" a theme for nail art: who wants to can create one (following the theme, of course) and mail the editorial office which will choose some to make them appear on the next issue of the magazine. This time the theme was Dreams. I decided immediately that I wanted to venture into the creation of a Nail Art! I found, however, the issue hard enough because I guess the dream as something ethereal, smooth and soft with a pleasant smell of fresh flowers and with so much light. It 's quite difficult to represent all this so I "removed" a little. And there it was, hanging over my head resting on the pillow ...

Ho questo acchiappasogni da molto tempo e ci sono affezionata perchè racchiude tanti bei ricordi,così mi sono decisa e per il tema "sogni" ho ricreato questo oggetto. Mi sono ispirata molto anche per i colori (una volta le piume erano blu sulla punta) e sono rimasta soddisfattissima del risultato.

I have this Dreamcatcher for a long time and I have affectionate because it contains so many beautiful memories, and so I decided the theme of "dreams" I have recreated this object. I also really inspired for the colors (once the feathers were blue  on the head) and I'm definitely satisfied for the result.

Purtroppo il giorno che ho creato questa nail art non c'era il sole e non ho potuto fare le foto fino a due giorni dopo. Il termine per mandare le foto alla rivista era, però, già passato. Pazienza sarà per la prossima volta! Ciao!

Garnier Fructis Shampoo

Con questo post inauguro una nuova "sezione" del blog che ho deciso di chiamare NotOnlyNails (non è escluso che potrei decidere di cambiarlo in futuro quindi consigli sono ben accetti).
Io non sono molto brava con il Make Up ma,come chiunque, lo compro e mi piace. Quindi in questa sezione tratterò di tutto ciò che non è Nail Art (ma comunque bellezza e cura di sé).

In questo post voglio parlarvi di questo Shampoo della Fructis che mi ha incuriosito dal primo momento che l'ho visto.

Ho deciso di comprarlo perchè viene sponsorizzato come Shampoo senza siliconi,parabeni e coloranti. Inoltre in basso a sinistra si può notare questo "bollino" <Formula 94% biodegradabile*> e sul retro c'è la spiegazione dell'asterisco:
* Formulato con il 94% di ingredienti biodegradabili. Gli altri ingredienti utilizzati per garantire la qualità dello shampoo,sono stati selezionati e formulati per minimizzare il loro impatto ambientale.

I decided to buy it because it is sponsored as a shampoo without silicones, parabens and dyes. Essence French Matt

Oggi review (yeah!) di questo smaltino della Essence che ho preso con gli ultimi saldi. Il prezzo in saldo era 1,19€ quindi,anche senza aver letto nessuna recensione, ho deciso di provarlo. Lo smalto in questione è questo:

Today review (yeah!) of this Essence nail polish that I bought with the latest sales. The price with sales was 1,19€ so, even without read any review, I decided to try it. The nail polish in question is this:

 

Il colore è un bel rosa tenue, molto adatto ad una french manicure (che è effettivamente il suo scopo). Purtroppo però, quando l'ho applicato,non mi ha soddisfatta per nulla. Dopo la stesura il colore non risulta uniforme. In alcuni punti è più coprente e in altri meno,come se ci fossero dei "buchi" nel colore. In più i tempi di asciugatura sono davvero infiniti! Questo è il risultato con due strati:

 The color is a beautiful soft pink, very suitable for a french manicure (which is effectively its purpose). Unfortunately, when I applied, I was not satisfied at all. After applying the color isn't uniform. In some places it is more covering and less in others, as if there were "holes" in color. The drying times are truly endless! Giacchè non mi è piaciuto affatto come smalto, ma mi dispiaceva buttarlo o lasciarlo nel "dimenticatoio", ho provato a usarlo come base. Ho pensato che essendo un colore chiaro non avrebbe influito sullo smalto che avrei steso sopra,infatti è stato così. Purtroppo (-.-") anche come base è inutilizzabile, mi ha fatto sollevare completamente lo smalto da un unghia come se fosse stato un "nail patch",aderenza zero! Per tutti questi motivi che vi ho elencato qui sopra questo prodotto per me è assolutamente
BOCCIATO!

Because I don't like this nail polish, but I was sorry throw it or leave it into "oblivion", I tried to use it as a base coat. I thought that being a light color would not affect on the enamel that I lying on, in fact it was so. Unfortunately (-.-") is inoperable as base coat too, it did lift completely the glaze from a nail like it was a "nail patch", zero grip! For all these reasons that I listed above for me this product is absolutely
FAILED!

Essence "Colour Arts"

E' da sabato sera (molto molto tardi) che la Essence ci ha scioccato con questa immagine:

Ebbene si, hanno deciso di creare una collezione di PIGMENTI!

La collezione si chiama "Colour Arts" (come avrete già letto dal titolo del post) ed è composta da 20 pigmenti, dai vari finish: metallico,opaco e glitter. Tutti i pigmenti possono essere usati sulle labbra,sugli occhi e sulle unghie!

They decided to create a collection of PIGMENTS!
The collection is called "Colour Arts" (as you may have already read by post title) and is composed of 20 pigments, with different finish: metallic, matte and glitter. All the pigments can be used on the lips, eyes and nails!

I primi tre prodotti che vedete nella foto qui sopra sono rispettivamente il primer per labbra,quello per occhi e quello per unghie. I tre dovrebbero avere un prezzo inferiore ai 2€ mentre i pigmenti costeranno 2,49€.

Eccomi giunta alla fine di questo post, che è abbastanza inutile a dirla tutta poichè le stesse informazioni le avrete già trovate in migliaia di altri blog (molto più importanti e ben fatti rispetto al mio) ma vi prego di perdonarmi,ci sto prendendo gusto a scrivere xD.
